Amy with Harper and Josie on the French Broad
A little about me
I grew up fully engaged with the natural world surrounding my family's home, finding comfort and companionship with the trees, streams, rocks and woodland wildlife. At age 4, a rescued fox kit became my great friend, hence the name "foxheart" healing. Throughout my life, especially in times of inner chaos and confusion, I’ve continued to find peace and personal healing through nature.
In 2017, a Vision Quest guided me to become a conduit of awareness of the healing powers within ourselves, and I began my journey with wildernessFusion. I have completed the first four years of the seven year Niasziih healers’ journey and will soon be completing the second of three years of bodywork for healers. My journey has entailed a deep exploration of my own psychology, unlocking the gifts in my wounding and embracing the power of choice. To complete the first four years and become a Niasziih practitioner, I have clarified and committed to my vision. I’m looking forward to the next three years of my journey as an advanced level student.

My vision is to provide a safe container to help others to track, shift and heal the source of their wounding
and dis-ease, creating space for new perspectives and choices towards living the life they truly desire.
